Job summary

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced SAP TM Functional Specialist to own end-to-end transportation management within an S/4 HANA landscape. The role will lead brown-field and green-field projects and ensure strong integration with ECC, SD, MM, and EWM.

You will gather business needs, design configurations, run testing, train users, and provide post-go-live support while collaborating with SAP teams to drive delivery velocity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP TM functional consulting experience.
• Experience in brown-field and green-field SAP TM projects.
• Strong SAP TM processes: order management, freight planning, execution, settlement.
• Configure SAP TM on S/4HANA and integrate with ECC/SD/MM/EWM.
• Translate business needs into functional designs and configs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiar with SAP Activate and Agile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree; SAP TM certification is a plus.
• Testing tools experience and documentation standards (BRF+).
• Willingness to travel to client sites in a fast-paced delivery setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience as an SAP TM Functional Consultant.
• Proven track record in both brown‑field and green‑field SAP TM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP TM processes: order management, freight planning, execution, and settlement.
• Expertise in configuring SAP TM on S/4 HANA and integrating with ECC, SD, MM, and EWM.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into functional designs and configuration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline; SAP TM certification is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools and documentation standards (e.g., Test Scripts, BRF+).
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work in a fast‑paced delivery environment.
