Job summary

Job Description: Lead Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with 10 to 15 years of expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), ideally with exposure to Order based planning (Supply & Response). The role requires strong capabilities in collaborating with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, designing and configuring scalable IBP solutions, and owning deployment and operational management, with a deep interest in Supply chain solutions.

Experience Required

• -10-15years of experience in SAP IBP Implementation, with minimum of 5 years in Order Based planning.

Critical Skills required:

• Technical Expertise: knowledge of SAP IBP Response & Supply, particularly Order-Based Planning (OBP), as well as proficiency in integration tools like CPI-DS.
• Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of supply chain concepts such as capacity planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
• Project Experience: Demonstrated experience with at least one full life cycle SAP IBP implementation.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience.Demonstrates strong technical knowledge of ERP systems and other application systems, equipment capacity, limitations and operation time. Strong knowledge of specific SAP modules such as Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) or Transportation Management and Logistics (TMS). String knowledge of relational database concepts, client-server concepts. Must be able to communicate effectively with both end users and IT staff, as well as business management. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
