Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. invites a Specialist Reporting Analytics & Business Intelligence to join our Data, Tech, and Innovation function in a Hyderabad, India (Hybrid) setting.

You will design and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven decisions and collaborate with analytics partners. You will optimize BI tools, ensure data quality and security, and explore AI integration including LLM capabilities within reporting landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, CS, or related field with 3+ years of experience, or Master’s with 1+ year.
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience integrating Large Language Models within reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Qlik (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with clinical trial operational data.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate insights into business value.
• Collaborative, team-oriented across partners.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

This role requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in a related field with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Experience integrating Large Language Models within the reporting landscape for advanced reporting capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Qlik (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex datasets.
• Familiarity with clinical trial operational data.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across partners.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
