Regeneron India Private Limited in Hyderabad is seeking a Specialist Reporting Analytics & Business Intelligence to build and maintain reporting solutions that empower data-driven decisions in Global Development analytics, in a hybrid work model.

You will design Tableau and Power BI dashboards, optimize BI platforms for performance, ensure data integrity, and explore AI/Large Language Model integration to enhance decision making through business-centric insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics/BI.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Experience integrating Large Language Models within reporting landscapes.
• Experience with Qlik is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with datasets.
• Familiarity with clinical trial operational data.
• Excellent communication to translate insights into business value.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach across partners.

• Experience integrating Large Language Models within the reporting landscape for advanced reporting capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Qlik (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex datasets.
• Familiarity with clinical trial operational data.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across partners.
