Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - R&C - Financial Crime & Risk Management to join its risk teams in India. You will conduct risk assessments, analyze financial data, and help shape risk policies and controls in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

You'll collaborate with internal teams, monitor regulatory changes, and prepare management reports. A strong background in economics/finance and certifications like CAMS/CFA are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in economics, finance, statistics or related field.
• Advanced certifications in AML, CFA, CFE, CRP or related risk disciplines.
• Experience in risk management and regulatory reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential financial and operational risks.
• Analyze financial and transactional data to evaluate market trends and risk exposure.
• Develop and implement financial risk management policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor regulatory changes and financial market conditions impacting risk management practices.

• Provide recommendations and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
