Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - R&C in Financial Crime & Risk Management to join our risk functions in India. The role focuses on risk assessments, data analysis, and the development of policies and controls to mitigate financial and operational risks.

You will monitor regulatory changes, collaborate with teams, and prepare management reports to support informed decisions. Ideal candidates hold degrees in economics, finance, or statistics with MBA/risk management, and possess strong English

Qualifications

• Academic background in economics, finance or statistics with relevant higher degrees.
• English language requirement: Upper Intermediate (B2) level.
• Certifications in AML, risk management, or related fields are advantageous.
