Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Specialist for Process Analytics in Supply Chain – Procurement to drive data-informed procurement strategies. You will coordinate sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations while analyzing data to uncover cost savings and efficiency gains.

The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, supplier relationship management, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Business Analytics, CS or Statistics; Master’s in Data Science.
• Demonstrated understanding of procurement analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with supplier management and contract negotiation is advantageous.
