Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Analyst in Process Analytics for the Supply Chain - Procurement function. You will develop and implement procurement strategies to streamline operations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to define needs and drive results.

You will analyze supplier performance, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. This role requires strong data analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, CS, or statistics; master's in data science preferred.
• Strong procurement and supplier management knowledge.
• Experience with data analytics in supply chain is a plus.
