Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist in Process Analytics for Supply Chain - Procurement. You will drive procurement analytics, coordinate sourcing, and manage supplier relationships to deliver cost savings and improved processes in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires a strong analytics background, advanced data skills, and certifications in supply management. You will partner with internal teams to align procurement with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in analytics, CS, statistics, or related fields, plus data science exposure.
• Professional certifications in supply management or process analytics are a plus.
• Proven ability to translate data into procurement insights and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
