Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - Process Analytics to monitor transactions, analyze data, and identify fraudulent activities. You will develop prevention strategies and contribute to cross-functional risk reduction initiatives in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

The role requires strong Excel skills, advanced English proficiency, and a background in analytics or data science to interpret complex data and produce actionable insights for security improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics; Master's in Data Science preferred.
• Certifications in fraud prevention or risk management are a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis is required.
• English language proficiency: Advanced (C1).

Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions and analyze data to identify potential fraudulent activities.
• Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and controls.
• Investigate suspicious activities, conduct interviews, and collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
• Review and assess fraud reports, prepare case files, and maintain documentation.
• Provide fraud awareness training to employees and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new fraud detection technologies to enhance security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fraud detection processes and mitigate risks.
