PFI Innovation Centre India is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to manage Workday HCM data loads and related HR data processes. You will ensure accuracy, coordinate with global teams, and support compensation data activities.

Joining this hybrid team offers exposure to large-scale data operations, documentation quality, and stakeholder collaboration as we drive improvements in HR data reliability and operational timeliness.

What You Can Expect

• Work in a complex People Data environment where accuracy, timeliness, and attention to downstream impact are critical.
• Partner across Global People Services, Compensation, Talent & Learning, HR Technology, and third-party providers to support consistent execution of HR data processes.
• Support high-priority operational work that requires coordination, judgment, clear communication, and strong follow-through.
• Help strengthen process documentation, reduce recurring errors, and improve the reliability of repeatable People Data activities.
• Gain exposure to Workday HCM data processes, mass load execution, vendor coordination, and enterprise HR operations.

What You Will Do

• Execute and coordinate Workday mass data loads, including template preparation, validation, error review, troubleshooting, and follow-through to completion.
• Support complex HR data processes, including compensation-related activities, by coordinating inputs, reviewing dependencies, validating data, and resolving issues with the appropriate teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to confirm load readiness, review validation results, escalation blockers, and ensure operational timelines are met.
• Identify data issues, process gaps, and recurring errors; work with partners to correct root causes and reduce repeat manual effort.
• Maintain clear process documentation, checklists, and operating procedures to support consistency, auditability, and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Manage multiple operational priorities with attention to accuracy, urgency, risk, and downstream impact.

What You Will Bring

• Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday HCM, including data processing, data validation, reporting, or operational support.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, quality control, and timely execution.
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues, identify patterns, escal risks, and drive issues to resolution.
• Proven ability to coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong Excel and data management skills, with comfort reviewing large data sets, comparing outputs, and identifying discrepancies.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document processes, summarize issues, and provide status updates.
• Execution-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities, follow through on commitments, and operate with sound judgment.
