Job summary

LTM in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Business Process Analyst – Business Transformation to lead end-to-end process improvements. You will analyze current workflows, map processes, and design future-state roadmaps with measurable ROI.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will own change management, develop SOPs, and train staff on new practices while leveraging Celonis, PQL Studio, and SQL for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in professional services, preferably staffing, with at least 2 years managing end-to-end cross-functional process improvement projects.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Lean Six Sigma experience/certification to facilitate Kaizen workshops.
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for problem solving.
• Process mapping experience and requirements gathering.
• Ability to analyze data with SQL.

Business Process Analyst – Business Transformation

Preferred Location: Hyderabad / Coimbatore or Open for any LTM Locations

Process Analysis and Documentation

• Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes and design the future-state process roadmap to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize end-to-end performance.
• Document current processes including workflow diagrams, data flowcharts and process maps to provide a clear understanding of the current state.

Data Collection and Analysis

• Gather and analyze relevant data to quantify process performance, identify trends and measure the impact of process changes.
• Use data-driven insights to recommend and prioritize process improvement initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Lead cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple departments acting as the primary subject matter expert for process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and brainstorming sessions to engage teams in problem-solving and process improvement activities.

Change Management

• Own the change management lifecycle including developing and executing communication and training plans to ensure successful adoption of major process changes.
• Provide training and support to employees affected by process changes ensuring successful adoption of new practices.

Solution Development

• Develop innovative solutions and recommendations for process improvements that align with the organization's strategic goals.
• Design and propose new process workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• The Business Process Analyst Business Transformation will adhere to standard governance guidelines, policies and procedures.
• This position will be exposed to multiple tools for process optimization, system enhancements and automation to be leveraged as needed.

Education Experience Required And Preferred

• 4 - 7 years of professional services experience preferably in staffing industry with at least 2 years of that experience managing end-to-end cross-functional process improvement projects independently.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Lean Six Sigma experience/certification able to facilitate successful Kaizen workshops.
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and ability to leverage spreadsheet and other tools to solve problems/build solutions.
• Strong documentation/written communication with process mapping experience.
• Defining, analyzing, uncovering and crafting requirements with users.
• Strong requirement gathering and analysis skills ability to work with a structured and methodical approach combined with an inquiring mind.
• Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams.
• Proven change management expertise to facilitate smooth transitions during process changes.
• Intermediate proficiency with SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Preferred

• An IT or Business Bachelor's degree.
• Working as part of an Agile team.
• Hands-on experience with Celonis Process Mining, Execution Management, Views, Analyses, Knowledge Models, PQL Studio, Data Integration.
• Testing experience.
• Peoplesoft HR and Financials.
• Macros/VBA/VBS.
• Design capabilities for dashboards to support the business in identifying issues and prioritizing where action is required.
• Google Suite.
• Working in a fast paced business environment and utilizing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodologies.
