Job summary

LTM is seeking a Business Process Analyst in Hyderabad to independently lead cross-functional process analyses and drive strategic transformation initiatives within the FSS Business Group and beyond.

You will document current processes, collect and analyze data, and use insights to prioritize improvements. Strong communication, SQL proficiency, and Lean Six Sigma certification are preferred for successful Kaizen workshops and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of professional services experience, preferably in the staffing industry, with at least 2 years managing end-to-end cross-functional process improvement projects independently.
• Lean Six Sigma certification, able to facilitate successful Kaizen workshops.
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets and the ability to leverage spreadsheet and other tools to solve problems and build solutions.
• Strong documentation and written communication skills with process mapping experience.
• Strong requirement gathering and analysis skills, ability to work with a structured and methodical approach combined with an inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams.
• Proven change-management expertise to facilitate smooth transitions during process changes.
• Intermediate proficiency with SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process analyses and design future-state roadmaps to remove bottlenecks and optimize end-to-end performance.
• Document current processes including workflow diagrams and process maps to provide a clear understanding of the current state.
• Gather and analyze data to quantify process performance and measure impact of changes.
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and brainstorming sessions to engage teams in problem solving.
• Own the change-management lifecycle, including developing and executing communication and training plans.
• Provide training and support to employees affected by process changes.
• Develop innovative solutions and recommendations for process improvements aligned with strategic goals.

Business Process Analyst

The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for independently leading cross‑functional process analysis and driving strategic transformation initiatives across the FSS Business Group and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes and design future‑state process roadmaps to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize end‑to‑end performance.
• Document current processes including workflow diagrams, data flowcharts and process maps to provide a clear understanding of the current state.
• Gather and analyze relevant data to quantify process performance, identify trends and measure the impact of process changes.
• Use data‑driven insights to recommend and prioritize process improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple departments, acting as the primary subject‑matter expert for process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and brainstorming sessions to engage teams in problem‑solving and process improvement activities.
• Own the change‑management lifecycle, including developing and executing communication and training plans to ensure successful adoption of major process changes.
• Provide training and support to employees affected by process changes to ensure successful adoption of new practices.
• Develop innovative solutions and recommendations for process improvements that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

Education & Experience

• Hands‑on experience with Celonis Process Mining, Execution Management Views, Analyses, Knowledge Models, PQL Studio, data integration and testing.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HR and Financials, VBA, macros and design capabilities for dashboards.
• Google Suite.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Affinity for technology and willingness to rapidly learn new processes.
