Job summary

Nordex SE is seeking a Continuous Improvements Specialist for Parts Distribution in Chennai to analyse operational data, forecast repair demand, and monitor KPIs. You will collaborate with Service Operations, Global spare parts teams, and sourcing/logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery of materials across service points.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-8 years experience in Material Management
• Proven experience in import & Export handling
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel
• Good stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Advanced SAP/S4 knowledge to take over critical issues that cannot be handled effectively with current processes
• Conduct through analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose areas of improvement
• Propose and develop solutions to eliminate waste
• Collaborate with cross functional departments at multiple levels to redefine processes and implement improvement initiatives
