Job summary

Nordex SE in Chennai seeks a Specialist–SPM Material Coordinator to manage supply and logistics for materials and finished goods for regional service operations. You will work with Service Operations,Global spare parts team, and sourcing partners to ensure on-time delivery of materials.

The role emphasizes MRP alignment, local PO placement, ERP storage set-up, and import/export handling. 4–8 years of experience; German/Spanish/French language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Material Management.
• Experience with import & export handling.
• Detail-oriented and organized; good team player.
• Knowledge of ERP and service logistics processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply and logistics work for materials and finished goods for regional service operations.
• Support distribution and transportation activities.
• Edit and monitor materials demand and support requests in ERP and Service Now.
• Align MRP for automatic ordering and place local purchase orders.
• Assist with storage location setup and waste management coordination.
• Coordinate returns of defective materials for warranty/refurbishment; support cycle counts.

Job Description

TheSpecialist–SPMMaterial Coordinator.Working together as part of the Material management Team, the material coordinatoris responsible for managing supply and logistics workfor materials and finished goods, or products for regional service operations activities. You would work closely with Service Operations, Global spare parts team, and sourcing andlogisticspartners to ensureon timedelivery of materials in Service points. Your role will play a critical part in ensuring the profitability of Nordex.

Job Profile

• Manage supply andlogisticswork for materials and finished goods, or products for regional service operations activities
• Support on distribution and transportation
• Edit and monitor materials demand and support requests on ERP system and Service Now
• MRP Alignment for automatic ordering
• Place local purchase orders in ERP system
• Support with regional set up of storage locations in ERP system
• Manage the return of the defective material for material warranty or refurbishment and coordinate waste management
• Assist cycle counts with site operations.
• Proven experience inimport & Export handling
• Minimum of 4 - 8 Years experience in Material Management
• Additionallanguages viz German / Spanish / French is good-to-have
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Good team player
