• Strong business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation and process analysis.
• Practical data science experience using Python and Microsoft SQL Server for manufacturing data analysis and solution development.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, manufacturing systems or digital manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting system implementations, data-enabled solutions, validation activities or digital transformation in regulated manufacturing environments.

• Support deployment, transition, stabilization and adoption of manufacturing digital capabilities across sites.

• Partner with technical teams and manufacturing SMEs to evaluate solution feasibility, system impacts, dependencies and integration requirements.

Education: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in any discipline; backgrounds in Data Science, Biotechnology, Biosciences, Bioengineering, Biomedical Signal Processing, Instrumentation, Communication Engineering or related fields are relevant.
