The Developer, Intelligent Automation (IA) will identify and resolve requirements gaps, after transition to developer from intake design, develop, test, deliver, and support/enhance automated solutions to drive process improvements. This role requires the natural application of LEAN, AGILE and other business analysis methodologies in alignment with IA, RPA and other technologies to meet the strategic objectives of the organization. This includes: following standard SDLC (proper assessment, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, delivery, and ongoing support) to build automated solutions for business problems or processes delivering or organizing training / knowledge sharing performing code reviews and mentoring/supporting other developers. Adhering to and maintaining governance and controls for the developer supporting the Global Intelligent Automation (IA) relationship on strategy, vision, communication, networking and collaboration on content of Global Google Site/Community. The Intelligent Automation (IA) Developer will adhere to IA governance guidelines, policies and procedures. This position will be exposed to multiple tools for process optimization and automation, to be leveraged as needed.

Principal Responsibilities

• Design, development, and deployment of robust Intelligent Automation solutions utilizing RPA, low code/no code applications and AI technologies, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and controls. (55%)
• Business process analysis & automation solution design: 30%
• Support of existing automations: 10%
• Assist Intelligent Automation (IA) Champions in identifying automation opportunities and implementing automations: 5%

Required Education & Experience: Proven technical experience in programming/development within Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tool - Automation Anywhere. Immediate skill needs: Alteryx, AppSheet, Big Query, Python, SQL.

Key Focus and Responsibility Developer 2 – 4 Years

Proficient in development, able to build automations independently, and handle the full SDLC for standard complexity projects. Focuses on execution and starts to mentor Champions/Peers.

Decision Making Authority

What is the nature of the direct supervision that is provided to the incumbent of this position? The Intelligent Automation (IA) Developer will be supervised by the IA Senior Manager. The IA Developer will not have any direct reports but will be responsible for mentoring Intelligent Automation (IA) Champions. Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibility
