Job summary

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned Integration Specialist to lead end-to-end integration initiatives using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The role focuses on connecting Oracle SaaS apps (ERP, HCM, SCM) with third-party systems and designing robust REST/SOAP APIs for secure, scalable integrations.

• 5+ years in integration development, preferably with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Hands-on with OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, DB, FTP, ERP, HCM).
• Deep understanding of integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, pub-sub, event-driven).
• API design and security with OAuth2 and related policies.
• Experience with hybrid cloud/on-premises integrations.
• Experience migrating SOA/OSB to OIC is a plus.
• Exposure to other iPaaS platforms like Dell Boomi or MuleSoft is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven mentorship or leadership in a technical team.

• Proficiency in designing and securing APIs using OAuth2 and related security policies.

• Demonstrated ability to tune and optimize high‑throughput integration workflows.


• Hands‑on experience migrating integrations from SOA/OSB to OIC (a plus).


• Exposure to other iPaaS platforms such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft (a plus).
