Job summary

Bristlecone India Limited seeks a Senior Software Engineer – Integration to join the Smart Integration (API) – Delivery team. You will architect and implement next‑generation integration solutions blending modern web tech with AI‑driven development, browser automation, and scalable APIs.

You will collaborate with product and backend teams, mentor juniors, and help uplift system reliability and performance in production environments while applying best practices in code reviews and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development with strong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3/Sass, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular, including server-side rendering concepts.
• Proven experience with AI-driven development tools, prompt engineering, and AI code auditing.
• Hands-on knowledge of browser automation tools like Playwright or Puppeteer for testing and web-research automation.
• Solid understanding of system design, state management, and performance optimization for large-scale frontends.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub Actions, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines for modern deployment workflows.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON, Fetch/AJAX, and WebSocket technologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable architecture for integration services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality code in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
