Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - Global Mobility Services to support day-to-day mobility operations, maintain databases, and assist with immigration and relocation documentation. You will coordinate with vendors, handle employee queries, and contribute to reporting and compliance efforts.

Ideal candidates hold relevant commerce/economics/finance degrees and MBA qualifications, with CPSM certification preferred to enhance policy and process expertise for a dynamic, office-based role in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degrees in Commerce / Economics / Finance or MBA / MBA Analytics.
• Professional CPSM certification is preferred.
• Experience in global mobility operations or related HR processes is desirable.
