Live Connections in Pune seeks a Specialist - GBS Planning (Contract role) to drive materials planning and ensure kit readiness for production schedules. The role requires strong MRP/MPS knowledge and experience with ERP systems, along with planning tools like Kinaxis.

The candidate will analyze forecasts, balance supply with demand, and monitor shortages by collaborating with procurement teams to close gaps. This is a contract position based in Pune, India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of materials experience.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/MPS, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/BAAN), planning tools (Kinaxis), and BOM/ECO lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage materials planning, ensure kit readiness, and support production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Handle inventory optimization (excess, obsolete, MRB/DR) and manage work orders aligned to build plans.
• Analyze customer forecasts (normalization, comparison, waterfall method) and align supply with demand.
