Job summary

Genpact, a global leader in AI-driven analytics and digital transformation, is seeking a Specialist - FP&A in Hyderabad. You will analyze financial performance, develop strategies to improve efficiency, and partner with cross-functional teams to close performance gaps.

This role offers exposure to advanced dashboards, reporting, and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate holds a finance-related degree, with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for continuous improvement in FP&A

Responsibilities

• Analyze key financial and business performance metrics, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Develop and recommend performance improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process gaps impacting business performance.
• Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable insights for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize FP&A processes and controls.
• Support departments with performance management best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
