Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - AP in Chennai, India. The role involves performing accounts payable activities, handling escalations, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

You will lead a team, report KPIs, and participate in client calls and transformation initiatives, with a hybrid work setup. Ideal candidates have strong AP/process knowledge, experience in reconciliations, and proficiency in Oracle ARCS/HFM and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/commerce/finance related field required.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Perform AP activities, handle escalations and resolutions.
• Lead team, track SLAs and KPIs, and communicate with operations and client teams.
• Conduct trainings and drive transformation initiatives with global teams.
• Manage daily operations and ensure timeliness and accuracy in delivery.

Job Description

Perform AP activities. Handle escalations, resolution and decision-making. SLA & KPI reporting and adherence. Identify training needs and deliver trainings with support from global training team. Team management. Tracking to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work, through prioritization of team tasks Responsible to communicate and address issues on delivery to Operation Manager Daily communicate with client and participate in the established calls and meetings with the retained organization Ensure team’s adherence to procedures and policy guidelines Execute transformation initiatives Lead team and drive projects on the schedule
