Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Specialist - F&A - FP&A in Gurgaon to drive cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will prepare costing, analyze variances, and report MIS to support decision-making.

The role requires strong FP&A capabilities, accounting education, and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and R2R. Hybrid work model and India-based location are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes and reporting requirements.
• Experience with cost accounting, budgeting, and variances.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain product costing and standard cost systems.
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs.
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate cost differences.
• Monitor inventory valuation and reconcile stock records.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, profitability reports, and MIS.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and journal entries.
