Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Fit-out Project Lead to supervise site execution of luxury hotel/retail interiors. You will coordinate sub-contractors, ensure design compliance, and monitor milestones with Primavera or MS Project.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of experience in commercial/retail fit-outs, with strong AutoCAD skills and knowledge of local construction materials. This on-site role offers 48 weekly hours in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret complex interior layouts, shop drawings, and services integration plans.
• Monitor project milestones using scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera.
• Deep understanding of finishes, lighting integration, acoustic detailing, and high-traffic durability.

Responsibilities

• Site Execution: supervise daily interior fit-out works including civil mods, partitions, flooring, ceilings, and millwork.
• Vendor & Trade Coordination: manage sub-contractors, MEP services, and FF&E suppliers.
• Quality & Compliance: ensure materials/finishes match approved design specs and brand guidelines.
• Billing & Estimation: review contractor bills, prepare measurement sheets, track variations, assist with quantity take-offs.
