Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Mumbai, MH, seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering professional to lead site execution for large-scale real estate projects. You will supervise MEP/Electrical contractors, ensure compliance with Indian and international safety codes, and coordinate handover of systems.

You bring 8–10 years’ experience with real estate developers or EPC firms, strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and expertise in HT/LT distribution, panel design, and ELV

Qualifications

• Education in electrical engineering as listed.
• 8–10 years of experience in real estate developers, EPC contractors, or heavy industrial/building service firms.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Coordination: manage MEP/electrical contractors and ensure safety/compliance.
• Testing and Commissioning: oversee energization, testing, and handover of electrical installations.
• Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: diagnose site failures and manage CAPA plans.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: enforce local norms and site safety policies.
