Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Assistant Project Lead - Interior Engineer to oversee daily interior fit-out activities in Mumbai. The role emphasizes civil modifications, partitions, flooring, ceilings, and millwork with a focus on hospitality and retail environments.

The candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in commercial/retail fit-outs and a strong proficiency in AutoCAD and project scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera.

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture/Interior Design.
• 8–10 years of experience in commercial, retail rollouts, or luxury hospitality/hotel fit-outs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and knowledge of local construction/finishes materials.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily interior fit-out works including civil modifications, drywall partitions, flooring, ceiling, and millwork.
• Coordinate multiple sub-contractors, MEP services, and FF&E suppliers.
• Ensure materials/finishes match design specs and hospitality/retail brand guidelines.
• Review contractor bills, prepare measurement sheets, and assist with quantity take-offs.
