Responsibilities include maintaining material and quality master data, coordinating with Sales, and leading small projects while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of English language.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position or related administrative role within M+H is advantageous.
• SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Create and update customer master data in SAP and establish correct relationships between accounts and parties (Sold-to, Ship-to, Payer, Bill-to).
• Update existing customer master data based on input from Sales.
• Create financial data for new customer master data in SAP and Cofidi system; update financial data as needed.
• Lead small projects and communicate with internal departments.
• Maintain quality master data for material master data in SAP and CIM database.
• Handle sensitive customer data and assist in data problem solving.

Role Summary

Performs creation and updating of general customer master data and sales specific customer master data and part numbers, requiring exercise of judgment and detailed knowledge of procedures. Has minimal supervision in a well-structured environment, guarantees the correct creation of data entries, and works with strategical and very sensitive data. Often represents the top level of knowledge and specialization

Main Tasks

Main Accountabilities

• Creation of new customer master data in SAP and setting up correct relationship between account, parties (Sold-to party, Ship-to party, Payer, Bill-to party)
• Update and share of existing customer master data based on input from Sales, setting up correct relationship between accounts, parties
• Creation of financial data for new customer master data in SAP and Cofidi system
• Update of financial data for customer master data
• Implementation of new customer accounts into national mexical database
• Creation of output condition for billing
• Set up new material part numbers
• Update existing material part numbers
• Correct maintenance of sales views for material master data
• Creation of quality master data for part material master data in SAP and CIM database
• Handling of all other sensitive and customer specific data in M+H database
• Reporting of process and/or system issues; improvement proposals
• Leading of smaller projects
• Regular communication with internal departments
• Proactive approach to problem solving/complaint handling
• Performing other tasks according to the direct supervisor
