Job summary

Gartner CES Specialist engages with clients and internal stakeholders across Gartner to coordinate requests with the Business & Technology Insights Analysts. You act as a connector between clients and the analyst community, solving complex questions and providing executive-level service.

You will interpret client needs, match them with Gartner analysts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver research and resources.

About This Role

Client Engagement Services (CES) Specialists provide world-class service by engaging directly with clients or internal stakeholders across Gartner to coordinate requests with Gartner Business & Technology Insights Analysts. Successful Specialists demonstrate a passion for client service, strong problem-solving skills in complex scenarios, and a willingness to learn with a high degree of ambition and drive.

In the role of CES Specialist, you will act as a connector between internal and external Clients and the Gartner Analyst community to problem solve around our clients most pressing technology and business-related questions and problems.

What you'll do

• Interprets client needs and identifies the most relevant Gartner Analyst to fulfill the request
• Provides research and resources to business leaders to help improve their businesses
• Partners with internal stakeholders on client needs
• Reads industry research and develops understanding of complex topics
• Provides executive level customer service
• Builds strong working relationships with the Gartner Business & Technology Insights Analyst community and receives unlimited access to all Gartner research content
