Responsibilities

• Process invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Coordinate with the Logistics and Purchase teams for GRN and PO.
• Perform vendor reconciliation and obtain balance confirmations.
• Onboard new vendors while maintaining documentation.
• Collaborate with banks to resolve payment issues.

• Develop and implement robust AP processes and internal controls.

Role Description

The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the accounts payable process at ACS, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

This is a senior-level position that combines team leadership responsibilities with individual contributions to streamline the AP function.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.
• Post payment entries in the ERP system.
• Process invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Coordinate with the Logistics and Purchase teams for GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) and PO (Purchase Orders).
• Perform vendor reconciliation and obtain balance confirmations.
• Onboard new vendors while maintaining complete documentation.
• Clear IDPMS and EDPMS entries in the bank portal.
• Collaborate with banks to resolve payment issues.
• Obtain bank guarantees for EPCG and EOU compliance.
• Develop and implement a robust Accounts Payable process to ensure timely payments and internal controls.

Work Details

Full-time, based on-site at the Electronic City in Bengaluru.

Work-from-home is not available.

5-day work week.
