Job summary

Skyleaf Consultants in Bangalore is seeking a Finance & Accounts professional with strong end-to-end Accounts Payable experience to join our finance team.

The role covers invoice processing, GST & TDS calculations, vendor accounting, month-end activities, and ensuring AP records are accurate.

CMA Intermediate candidates or candidates with articleship experience are preferred; exposure to small to mid-sized firms is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end AP accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of GST and TDS calculations and accounting treatment.
• Experience with vendor accounting and reconciliations.
• Ability to support month-end and year-end activities.
• Exposure to Fixed Asset Accounting would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete AP accounting process from invoice processing to accounting and reconciliation.
• Pass accounting entries with hands-on experience.
• Perform GST & TDS calculations and accounting treatment.
• Manage vendor accounting, reconciliations and AP-related activities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of AP transactions and records.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
• Fixed Asset Accounting experience is a plus.

• Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting and Depreciation Entries will be an added advantage

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong understanding of AP accounting and processes
• Hands-on experience with accounting entries
• Good knowledge of GST & TDS calculations
• CMA Intermediate candidates or candidates with articleship experience are preferred
• Candidates from small to mid-sized companies/firms are preferred due to their likely end-to-end accounting exposure
• Candidates with experience limited to only one specialized AP process may not be suitable
