Smartworks in Gurugram is seeking a results-driven Manager Special Projects to lead process excellence, MIS automation, KPI governance, and dashboard development.

You will drive cross-functional projects focused on productivity, SOP standardization, data accuracy, and actionable insights for leadership using Power BI and Excel.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in MIS, Analytics or PMO, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in MIS, Business Excellence, PMO, Analytics, or Special Projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.

Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Manager Special Projects to drive process excellence, MIS automation, KPI governance, dashboard development, and strategic initiatives across functions. The role will focus on improving operational efficiency, standardizing processes, generating business insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage MIS reports, business reviews, and management dashboards.
• Design, track, and monitor KPIs across departments.
• Drive process standardization, SOP development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
