Job summary

Bonito Designs in New Delhi is seeking a data analyst to design and manage MIS reports and interactive Power BI dashboards for multiple business functions. The role focuses on collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from ERP, CRM, Excel, and project tools to drive strategic decisions.

The candidate should have 2–5 years in MIS/reporting, with strong Power BI and Excel skills, SQL familiarity, and excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of MIS, data analysis, or reporting experience.
• Mandatory: Strong proficiency in Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
• Experience working with databases and data extraction (SQL is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities
