Job summary

Bonito Designs is seeking a data-driven MIS analyst to develop and maintain reports and dashboards across business functions. You will design Power BI visuals, collect and clean data from ERP/CRM/Excel, and monitor KPIs including timelines and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, CS, or related field.
• 2–5 years of MIS, data analysis, or reporting experience.
• Mandatory: Strong Power BI skills including dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Experience with databases and data extraction; SQL is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
