Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Educator located in Bengaluru South. The Special Educator will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans for students with special needs. Daily tasks include providing specialized instruction, working closely with families and other educators, assessing student progress, and ensuring an adaptive learning environment conducive to the needs of children between middle school ages.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Special Education and understanding of diverse Disabilities
• Proficiency in Teaching and delivering effective instructional strategies for middle school students
• Strong Communication skills to interact with students, families, and fellow educators effectively
• Patience, adaptability, and a caring attitude toward students with varying needs
• A bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education, Education, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or licensure in special education is highly desirable
