Maersk is seeking a seasoned SPC pricing professional to join our team in Chennai. You will handle ST/LT quotes for Out-of-Gauge (OOG) shipments, coordinate with terminals and sales, and act as the primary contact for customer quoting requests.

The role emphasizes rapid quote turnaround, maintaining quality, and identifying opportunities to automate and improve the quoting process while ensuring an excellent customer experience and global logistics excellence.

Qualifications

• Having 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Good Understanding of Pricing & Quoting process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

• Creating ST/LT quotes for OOG shipments based on customer requests.
• Coordinating with terminals and Sales teams to ensure faster quote turnaround.
• Acting as a point of contact for managing customer quoting requests.
• Ensuring timely action on customer requests to enhance overall customer experience.
• Managing TAT and maintaining quality standards in the quoting process.
• Identifying customer-specific improvement areas for end-to-end enhancement and auto-quoting opportunities.
• Developing solutions to drive improvements in the quoting process.
• Providing analysis and conclusions to support process-related decisions.

This role will help us to churn out special cargo rates to customer, Manage negotiations effectively. The role will support Enhance customer experience, create visibility and Improve on SPC quoting performances.
