Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Pricing & Quoting specialist to join our SPC team in Chennai. You will manage ST/LT quotes for OOG shipments, coordinate with terminals and sales, and be the primary contact for quoting requests to enhance customer experience and efficiency.

• Creating ST/LT quotes for OOG shipments based on customer requests.
• Coordinating with terminals and Sales teams to ensure faster quote turnaround.
• Acting as a point of contact for managing customer quoting requests.
• Ensuring timely action on customer requests to enhance overall customer experience.
• Managing TAT and maintaining quality standards in the quoting process.
• Identifying customer-specific improvement areas for end-to-end enhancement and auto-quoting opportunities.
• Developing solutions to drive improvements in the quoting process.
• Providing analysis and conclusions to support process-related decisions.

This role will help us to churn out special cargo rates to customer, Manage negotiations effectively. The role will support Enhance customer experience, create visibility and Improve on SPC quoting performances.
