Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Specialist in Supply Chain Management in Gurgaon with 7–10 years of relevant experience. This hybrid/full-time position supports senior management, identifies process gaps, and drives improvements across supply chain disciplines to meet strategic and operational goals.

Ideal candidates possess a university degree or equivalent and demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and vendors, while adhering to regulatory compliance in import/export.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree and substantial knowledge of Carrier organization or programs.
• Experience analyzing and bridging gaps in supply chain processes.
• Ability to influence other functions and vendors to support supply chain strategy.

Responsibilities

• Supports senior management across Supply Chain disciplines to identify gaps in processes and implementations; conducts root cause analysis and identifies strategies to bridge the gaps.
• Supports identification of opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Gathers information on new vendors, sources, market, current processes and prices and seeks approval from seniors.
• Resolves escalated issues with vendors and Supply Chain management.
• Adheres to import, export, and excise regulation as per compliance.
• May manage Supply Chain processes.
