Job summary

Bajaj Auto in India seeks a DMU Specialist to perform vehicle-level virtual checks for 3W and 4W commercial vehicles. You will manage DMU for 3W ICE and EV, assess DFA/DFS issues from manufacturing, and propose countermeasures.

Role requires a Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile engineering, 8–14 years of experience, age 29–36, and strong knowledge of 3W assembly, product architecture, and design concepts. Software tools UG-NX, Teamcentre Vis Mockup, Process Simulate, IC.IDO, Jack are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile engineering from a reputed institution.
• Experience in DMU domains with 3W vehicles is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of product architecture and basic engineering design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Handling DMU of 3W ICE and EV vehicles.
• Evaluate DFA/DFS issues on vehicles received from manufacturing plant and suggest countermeasures.

Role:

The DMU Specialist will be responsible for executing vehicle level virtual checks for 3&4W commercial vehicles

Responsibilities:

• Handling DMU of 3W ICE and EV vehicles
• Evaluate DFA/DFS issues on vehicles received from manufacturing plant in each phase and suggest countermeasures
• Own issues and follow up for countermeasures from Design/VI
• Proto assembly and part development support
