The SOX Centre of Excellence (COE) within Vodafone Group FinOps and Controls plays a vital role in reinforcing the second line of defence for the Group Finance function. Based in Pune, this position is responsible for driving excellence in SOX compliance by designing, implementing, and monitoring business controls that uphold accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity across finance operations.
The role involves leading compliance reviews across Vodafone Group Markets, working collaboratively with first-line teams to establish and maintain a robust control framework. This includes evaluating the design and operational effectiveness of controls for SOX compliance, conducting quality assurance reviews, and partnering with process owners to resolve control-related matters.
You are a detail-focused finance professional with a strong foundation in audit and compliance. You bring a collaborative approach, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and geographies. You are passionate about upholding high standards of financial integrity and are confident in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
