VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) is seeking an experienced ARC RTR Northern Hub Specialist to manage end-to-end Opex accounting and reporting in Pune. This role ensures compliance with IFRS and Vodafone policies while driving process improvements and automation.

The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate month-end reporting, maintain strong financial controls, and support close activities across the VOIS finance operations. This is a full-time role based in Pune.

Qualificações

• Qualified as Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / CA Inter or equivalent with hands-on RTR experience.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge including IFRS; Experience with Opex accounting in RTR.
• Good understanding of RTR processes and SOX controls; attention to policy compliance.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented; able to drive process improvements and automation opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, review, analyse and report monthly Opex performance for stakeholders within deadlines.
• Own the end-to-end Opex process for the assigned business area.
• Perform accounting and reporting in line with Vodafone policies and IFRS standards.
• Deliver SLAs and KPIs; ensure SOX compliance and strong internal controls.
• Support month-end, half-year-end and year-end close; perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address reporting needs; drive process simplification and automation.

About this Role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join the ARC RTR Northern Hub team in Pune. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end operational expenditure (Opex) accounting and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with Vodafone accounting policies, IFRS standards, SOX requirements, and agreed service levels. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate month-end reporting, drive process improvements, support automation initiatives, and maintain strong financial controls.

What you'll do

Manage, review, analyse and report monthly Opex performance for key stakeholders within agreed reporting deadlines. Own the end-to-end Opex process for the assigned business area. Perform accounting and reporting activities in line with stakeholder requirements, Vodafone accounting policies, and IFRS standards. Deliver agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ensure 100% compliance with SOX controls and maintain a zero-tolerance approach towards control failures. Support month-end, half-year-end and year-end close activities. Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations. Collaborate with stakeholders to address reporting and accounting requirements. Drive process simplification, continuous improvement and automation opportunities. Share knowledge and support colleagues in achieving team objectives. Build broader business understanding and contribute to additional responsibilities as required.

Who you are

Professionally qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), CA Inter, or a working professional with relevant domain knowledge and experience. Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge. Good understanding of Record to Report (RTR) processes. Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP. Knowledge of IFRS and corporate accounting policies. Understanding of SOX controls and compliance requirements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Analytical, organised and detail-oriented approach to work. Ability to take ownership and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Collaborative team player with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
