Job summary

Pearltri Foods in Bengaluru is seeking a senior chef to oversee kitchen operations across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality and consistently presented dishes. You will collaborate with the culinary team to refine menus and manage inventory and food safety.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience as Sous Chef or Head/Executive Chef with expertise in Indian and Chinese cuisines, delivering excellence in fast-paced hospitality environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in food & beverage production or related certificate.
• 7+ years of experience required, currently a Sous Chef or Head/Area/Executive Chef in hospitality or QSR chains.
• Must have experience in Indian and Chinese cuisine.
