SG Oasis is seeking an experienced bakery production lead to manage daily bread and brownie production in a professional kitchen or central bakery. The role demands hands-on expertise in dough prep, fermentation, baking, oven operation, and strict adherence to recipes and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5-8 years in bakery production, with experience in premium bakeries or central kitchens, and strong leadership and production planning capabilities to drive timely execution and waste

• Hands-on bread making and brownie production experience.
• Experience in premium bakeries, bakery chains, hotels, or central kitchens preferred.
• Knowledge of high-volume production and recipe standardization.
• Strong leadership, production planning, and quality control skills.
• Experience in multi-outlet bakery operations will be preferred.
