Job summary

Capgemini Invent in India is seeking an experienced transformation consultant to design and implement BY (JDA) solutions. You will collaborate with technical experts to draft design documents and map business workflows to ensure integrated, scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of functional and systems development experience in BY (JDA) modules, preferably SaaS implementations: BY Demand, BY Fulfilment, BY ESP, BY IO, BY Sequencing, BY S&OP.
• 4–12 years of experience with PL/SQL and Unix Shell Scripting. Good understanding of BY functionalities and BY Technical Architecture.
• Knowledge of BY Connect and supply chain domain experience; experience with high-volume multi-application environments.
• Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, collaboration and problem-solving skills; Agile experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Blue Yonder Demand/ESP/Fulfilment/IO/Sequencing/S&OP solutions; configure and customize BY applications.
• Collaborate with technical experts and develop solution and functional/technical design documents to support final solutions.
• Design solutions and prepare functional design based on business requirements; map business workflows to ensure proper application flow.
• Develop interfaces ensuring integration with other systems; provide estimates; collaborate with QA to develop automated tests.
• Work independently with initiative and manage workload to deliver high-quality results.

Your role

• Design and implement Blue Yonder Demand / ESP/ Fulfilment/ IO / Sequencing / S&OP solutions. Configure and customize Blue Yonder applications.
• Collaborate with other technical experts and develop solution and functional / technical design documents to support development of final solutions.
• Design the solutions/functionalities and prepare the functional design based on business requirements provided by Business Analyst / Business Users. Design business workflows to ensure proper application mapping/flow.
• Develop interfaces to ensure proper integration with other systems.Proven ability to provide project / development estimates.Proven ability to partner with quality assurance teams to develop and execute automated testing scenarios to support end-user and performance-based testing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction, is a self-starter with strong initiative, and ability to manage/execute workload to deliver high quality results

Your Profile

• 4-12 years of Functional and Systems development experience in any of the below BY (JDA) modules preferably in SaaS implementation: - BY Demand & BY Fulfilment - BY ESP - BY IO - BY Sequencing - BY S&OP
• 4-12 years of experience with the following: PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting. Good Understanding and experience of BY Functionalities and BY Technical Architecture
• Should possess good knowledge on BY Connect. Supply Chain domain experience desired. Experience with the technical processes supporting a high-volume multiapplication environment
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Experience in Agile Methodologies will be added advantage
• Accreditation in any JDA module will be added advantage JD: Job description & role description.4+ years of experience
