Responsibilities

• Support hiring of senior roles (Deputy Managers, Managers and above) across the firm.

Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Leadership Sourcing Specialist, you will source and attract top talent in an accelerated, high-volume hiring environment for your assigned business within the firm. In this role, you will be expected to quickly understand hiring priorities, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines. You may work across our businesses, including Consulting, Tax, and Audit & Assurance. You may also support Internal Services through our Enterprise Solutions function, catering to corporate functions or global member firm needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• The Leadership Sourcing Specialist is expected to support the hiring of senior roles (Deputy Managers, Managers and above) across the firm. This dynamic role provides an outstanding experience for every candidate throughout the hiring lifecycle. The specialist will guide candidates through the process while partnering closely with recruiters and the business. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking are key to success in this team.
• Think innovatively and use sound judgment to solve complex talent search needs beyond conventional job sites.
• Execute the recommended sourcing strategy across priority channels, such as job boards, employee referrals, agencies, internal mobility, and professional networks; conduct effective initial phone screens; maintain accurate candidate data in Avature; and consistently provide recruiters and businesses with highly qualified, experienced candidates against accelerated hiring timelines.
• Mine internal and external databases and use passive and creative sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates and build sustainable talent pipelines in Avature.
• Identify talent for the respective industries and service lines, pre-screen candidates, and recommend them to recruiters and the business.
• Use executive sourcing strategies and relevant hiring channels, conduct initial telephone screenings, and maintain candidate data in the recruitment management system.
• Adhere to the sourcing process, defined SLAs, performance targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Deliver outstanding client service through clear, concise, and timely communication, strong problem-solving, teamwork, and knowledge sharing.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, industry knowledge, an understanding of technology trends and compensation and benefits, and knowledge of competitors and market indicators that affect experienced hiring.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of leading external sourcing options, including job sites and professional recruiting platforms.
• Provide accurate, timely reports on sourcing activity, pipeline health, conversion, and delivery against agreed targets, as applicable.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience sourcing résumés and working with job sites and professional networking platforms
• 6+ years of experience in executive search and leadership hiring
• Experience working in executive search firms
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize effectively, and deliver quality talent in a high-volume, accelerated hiring environment
• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of the business
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, such as Taleo, SAP, and Avature
• MBA in HR is preferred.
• Preferred: Hands-on knowledge of active and passive/creative sourcing techniques, including AIRS techniques, market trends, and research to identify target companies and candidates
