Job summary

Chain IQ is a global AI‑driven procurement partner, headquartered in Baar, Switzerland, with operations across major centers and 16 offices worldwide. You will drive strategic sourcing for Real Estate, Facilities Management, MRO, Construction and Logistics, delivering measurable cost savings for a diverse set of clients.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sourcing, strong negotiation, contract drafting, and supplier relationship management, plus experience with Ariba, Coupa, SAP or Ivalua.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sourcing experience in Real Estate and related services
• Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and deliver cost savings
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with ability to work independently
• Experience in supplier relationship management and category strategy development
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Ivalua
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across cultures and time zones
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; CPSM/CIPS a plus

Main Responsibilities

• Execute Strategic Sourcing Initiatives Across Multiple Clients: Manage end-to-end sourcing engagements across Real Estate, Facilities Management, MRO, Construction, and Logistics services — from opportunity identification to contract execution, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Deliver Cost Optimization & Value Creation: Identify and implement sustainable cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation opportunities through advanced negotiation strategies and supplier collaboration.
• Develop Strategic Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key global and regional suppliers; monitor market trends, innovations, and competitive landscapes across APAC markets.
• Manage Complex Procurement Processes: Lead RFP/RFQ processes using digital tools, evaluate proposals, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to achieve optimal sourcing outcomes.
• Contract Development & Negotiation: Draft and negotiate commercial agreements aligned with client templates, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance standards.
• Cross‑Regional Collaboration: Work closely with global Chain IQ teams to harmonise sourcing approaches, share best practices, and ensure consistency across geographies and client portfolios.
• Performance Reporting & Insights: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reporting on sourcing performance, including savings tracking, ROI analysis, and vendor performance metrics using Chain IQ and client platforms.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in sourcing and procurement within Real Estate and related services, with expertise in categories such as Facilities, MRO, Construction, and Logistics.
• Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and deliver measurable cost savings across multiple client environments.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated success in supplier relationship management and category strategy development.
• Experience with leading‑edge sourcing technologies (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Ivalua) preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and time zones.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multi-client priorities under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Supply Chain, Business, or related field). Advanced certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus
