Job summary

RGBSI, Bangalore-based, is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to drive direct procurement of mechanical, fabrication, sheet-metal and electrical/electronic commodities. You will manage global sourcing, P2P, order management, and vendor relations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, SAP MM proficiency, KPI knowledge, and willingness to work night shifts (6pm-3am) as per business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct procurement experience in global sourcing.
• Experience with P2P processes and SAP MM.
• Knowledge of procurement KPIs like PR to PO and shortage management.
• Experience across mechanical, fabrication, sheet-metal, and electrical/electronic commodities.
• Hands-on in vendor management and e-sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Procure direct commodities (mechanical, fabrication, sheet-metal, electrical/electronic items) globally.
• Lead P2P transactions end-to-end with SAP MM and related tools.
• Drive supplier negotiations and vendor management to optimize costs.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and address receiving/GR issues.
• Support RMA process and shortages management.

Position : Senior Procurement Analyst

Location Bangalore

Years of Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years max.

Job Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience . Knowledge of Global Supply chain ie. Negotiation, P2P , Order Management , SAP MM Module, Vendor Management .Experience in Specific industries may be preferred based on the Organizational Needs. Proficiency with e-sourcing tools .

Need hands-on experience in direct procurement of commodities only like mechanical, fabrication, sheet-metal and electrical or electronic items. Good experience in global sourcing must (domestic sourcing not preferred). Good in Procure to Pay Transaction Deliveries, Proficient in SAP, Continuous Improvement in P2P Role, Knowledge in Procurement KPI like PR to PO, Order Acknowledge , Shortage Management, Order Pull IN and Push Outs, RMA Process, Rejections Handling, Receiving Issues (RCV), GR Issues, Knowledge of WH Process like Receiving and GR, Manufacturing experience.

Qualification- B.E in Mechanical preferred.

Ready to work in shift: (6pm-3am) flexible to work in shift as per business need.
