• Coordinate with accounts to ensure adequate funds at domestic refineries for uninterrupted supplies of Petcoke and HSD.
• Plan and manage fuel transport logistics from refineries, ports, or the open market to all plant locations.
• Prepare contracts and agreements for services and materials related to these activities.
• Prepare MIS reports (Excel) and other documentation as requested by the reporting manager.
