Job summary

Zensar Technologies in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Lead Sapiens Solution Architect to guide large-scale insurance transformation programs. You will lead discovery workshops, define target business architecture, and drive RFP/RFI responses with senior stakeholders across the client organization.

Ideal candidates bring deep Life & Annuities or P&C expertise and hands-on experience with Sapiens CoreSuite, IDIT, TIA, and related tools, plus a track record of mentoring analysts and shaping

Qualifications

• 12-18 years in Insurance Technology and solution architecture.
• Hands-on 5+ years with Sapiens CoreSuite, IDIT, TIA, DataSuite or Digital Suite.
• Deep expertise in Life & Annuities or Property & Casualty insurance.
• Experience in RFP/RFI responses and large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops and advisory engagements.
• Define target business architecture and solution approach.
• Drive RFP/RFI responses, proposal development and estimation activities.
• Perform business process analysis and gap assessments.
• Design end-to-end insurance business processes and workflows.
• Manage requirements, solution design, UAT and change management.
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and business leaders.
• Mentor Business Analysts and Functional Consultants.
