Job summary

Inspirisys Solutions Limited (a CAC Holdings Group Company) seeks a senior Enterprise Architect to lead design and governance of enterprise integrations, AI/LLM systems, and multi-agent workflows. You will drive RAG pipelines, security governance, and modern architecture across on-prem and cloud deployments.

The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years in banking/enterprise tech, strong Java/Spring Boot and Angular experience, and a proven ability to engage CIO/CTO levels with clear architectural notes

Qualifications

• Must have 10–15+ years of hands-on enterprise architecture and systems integration experience.
• Deep experience with Java-based monoliths and microservices, Spring Boot, and frontends (Angular).
• Extensive banking domain knowledge including Core Banking, AML, WMS, NPA, and fraud detection.
• Experience with RBI/CERT-IN security standards and data architecture.
• Ability to present technical notes and lead teams; strong communication with CIO/CTO.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern enterprise integrations across ERP, banking APIs, IAM and workflow engines.
• Lead RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector stores, retrieval optimization, and model evaluation.
• Coach and evangelize architectural best practices within the company and externally.
• Present architecture notes through PPT/videos and build a Learning Library.

Job description

• Architect integrations with ERP (SAP/Oracle/Zoho/Tally/Custom), banking APIs, identity systems, and workflow engines.
• Define API contracts, event schemas, and integration governance.
• Ensure security, IAM, encryption, and compliance (SOC2, ISO, RBI, GDPR).
• Capable of Building Tools and Re-usable Libraries for Enterprise class Architecture.

Agentic AI:

• Capable of Designing agentic systems for enterprise workflows (e.g., vendor payments, onboarding, reconciliation, procurement).
• Should have Implemented tools-using agents with Banking, ERP APIs, payment gateways, document systems, and compliance engines.
• Knowledge about Building multi-agent ecosystems (validation agent, compliance agent, payment agent, exception agent).
• Follow safety, guardrails, auditability, and policy enforcement and RBI AI Governance.
• Lead implementation of RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval optimizations.
• Evaluate and integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, Claude, Mistral) based on cost, latency, and accuracy.
• Drive model evaluation, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and performance optimization.

Core Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in AI/LLM systems, RAG, vector DBs
• Experience with agentic frameworks (AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel).
• Microservices, API gateways, Kafka/EventBridge/PubSub.
• High availability, scalability, resilience, disaster recovery.
• Cost modeling and performance engineering
• Must be a coach and not a tool evaluator
• Must be an evangelist within the Company and Orator/Presenter outside the Company
• Must present Technical Notes through PPT or Videos and create a Learning Library for Company

Required Skills:

• Must be capable of presenting at least two Solutions he has worked on supported by its Architecture, design, Inter-operability etc., and one of them must be in AI Area.
• The person who is suitable for this Position should have minimum of 10-15 years are above
• Hands on in designing, coding, reviewing, structuring Java based applications in monolith and micro services with any frontend (preferably Angular), Java 8-21 with Spring Boot, RDBS & NoSQL, Design Patterns, Load Balancers, Cloud and On-prem solution architecture, CERT-IN and other security standards and its implementation in the application, application performance, banking application integrations, guide the team leads and developers will be an added advantage
• Deep level experience in Design, development and implementing various Banking solutions including Core Banking Application.
• The person should have good understanding of functionality of various Banking Applications Like Core Corporate and Retain Core Banking and other banking solution functionalities like NPA, AML, ALM, WMS, and Fraud Detection etc.
• Should know top solutions & tools available in the market for various Banking modules mentioned above
• Should be knowledgeable of Data Architecture, Solution Architecture and important solution components of various Banking Modules
• Should be well versed in trends and future developments, Problems in in the Banking industry.
• Must have good knowledge of Data source structures needed for (Data Analytics (KPIs)
• Good knowledge of security needs of various Banking Solution Areas
• Must have good communication skills and engage with CIO and CTO level executives of the Banks
